Who we are

What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect:

• ✓Your name
• ✓Your email address
• ✓Your website address, if you provide one
• ✓Whatever you write in the message field

We also save your chosen language (English or Lithuanian) in your browser's local storage, so the site remembers it on your next visit. This stays on your device; we never receive or see it.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your audit request or question, and to deliver the free audit or service you asked about. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking first.

How long we keep it

If we don't end up working together, we keep your enquiry for up to 12 months, then delete it. If you become a client, we keep what's needed for the engagement and for as long as Lithuanian accounting law requires afterward.

Who sees it

Nobody but us, unless we use a third-party service to handle form submissions or email delivery, in which case that service processes it only to deliver it to us, under its own privacy terms. We don't sell or trade personal data, ever.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you can ask us to:

• ✓Correct anything that's wrong
• ✓Delete it
• ✓Explain why you don't want it processed
